Remote job
Senior Product Designer - Generosity
Job details
About this role
Role overview Take end-to-end design ownership of a high-impact 'generosity' product area covering price boosts, profit boosts, and player-substitution features that sit across the core betting and offer-presentation experience. The role blends deep product thinking, evidence-driven UX decisions, and high UI craft, with a seat at the table for roadmap and OKR planning. It is a senior, commercially significant position rather than a pure execution seat.
Responsibilities - Own the design of generosity features end to end, including how promotions and added value are presented throughout the betting journey. - Translate complex trading and promotional mechanics into simple, clear experiences where the value on offer is immediately obvious. - Build an evidence-based view of how players perceive value, fairness, and generosity, and let research and data drive design choices. - Identify the right moments to surface a boost or offer so it feels valuable rather than noisy. - Contribute proactively to strategic direction and OKR planning instead of waiting to be briefed. - Hold a high bar for UI craft across surfaces such as betslip, ticket details, home, event page, social feed, and push notifications. - Drive consistency across squads and product lines, and partner constructively with commercial, marketing, and brand stakeholders.
Requirements - A strong product design portfolio with clear examples of end-to-end ownership. - Genuine customer-first mindset backed by real fluency in data and user research. - Proven ability to simplify complex or data-heavy products into clear experiences. - Strong UI and visual craft at a senior level, beyond a typical mid-weight bar. - Experience identifying and designing 'moments that matter' such as rewards, engagement hooks, or perceived-value mechanics. - Confidence and communication skills to constructively challenge senior commercial, marketing, or brand stakeholders. - Comfort operating in ambiguity, contributing to planning and strategy, and working across multiple squads and product lines.
Nice to have - Background in betting, gaming, fintech, or other real-money consumer products. - Experience designing loyalty, rewards, or promotions systems. - Direct partnership with trading, pricing, or revenue teams. - Experience working inside organisations with strong marketing and brand functions where design negotiates creative and commercial input.
Benefits and work setup - Medical or health insurance and an employee assistance programme. - Open annual leave policy. - Training and learning development support, including an education budget and an office library. - Competitive salary based on skill level and experience. - A knowledge-sharing culture alongside a large, international product and technology organisation, with additional country-specific benefits discussed during hiring.
