Role overview A senior design position with a digital-first creative agency, focused on shaping identity systems, campaigns, and digital product experiences that help brands feel distinct and current. The role centers on a designer who pairs high visual craft with deep AI fluency, using emerging tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and the path from concept to shipped product. The scope spans brand, marketing, and product surfaces across web, mobile, and platform work.
Responsibilities - Design across brand identity systems, campaigns, and digital product surfaces spanning web, mobile, and platform environments - Build scalable visual languages and design systems that hold up across both marketing and product contexts - Translate strategy into clear concepts, user flows, UI frameworks, and polished executions - Prototype early and often, from motion and interaction studies through clickable and high-fidelity prototypes that reduce ambiguity - Use AI as a core design tool, building custom workflows for ideation, iteration, production support, and rapid prototyping - Partner with strategists, writers, producers, and engineers to bring work to life end-to-end, with build-ready detail and active handoff, QA, and iteration - Manage workload and timelines across multiple workstreams, keeping design prioritized and on schedule
Requirements - High AI fluency and curiosity, with active experimentation, personal workflow evolution, and informed opinions on emerging tools - Strong prototyping skills, able to turn ideas into tangible, testable experiences that drive alignment and decisions - A portfolio demonstrating craft across identity, campaign, and product or UI work, covering both systems and execution - Strong typography, composition, interaction sensibility, and systems thinking with high attention to detail - Experience contributing to design systems and applying them across marketing and product surfaces - Comfort collaborating closely with engineers on handoff, feasibility, and QA within iterative build cycles - Strong communication, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to independently own pieces of work
Benefits and work setup The listed compensation range is $90,000 to $115,000 across multiple levels, with actual pay influenced by skills, experience, budget, and location. The team operates on a remote-first model with colleagues distributed across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, and the role supports multiple seniority levels based on the candidate's experience.
