Nice to have - Experience taking a product from idea to launch, especially one involving hardware, IoT, telematics, or data-driven and AI/ML capabilities. - Familiarity with automotive, transport, or fleet management.

Benefits and work setup - Remote, hybrid, or office-based work in Portugal, with periodic in-person meetings in Coimbra; more frequent office time is expected during onboarding. - Flexible hours, remote-work equipment, food allowance, health insurance for the employee and children, and 22 vacation days plus up to three tenure-based days. - The stated gross annual salary range is €30,000–€45,000.
