Senior Devops Engineer UK

Role overview Own and improve the automation and delivery systems that help engineering teams release cloud-hosted software, data, and infrastructure reliably. Responsibilities - Design and maintain shared CI/CD workflows for applications, data, and infrastructure. - Automate and maintain cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code practices. - Build tooling to support tenant onboarding and manage deployment environments and configuration. - Improve build, test, and release processes with development and QA teams. - Develop automation that makes releases more consistent and reduces manual work. - Troubleshoot deployment and cloud reliability issues, and document pipelines and infrastructure components.

Requirements - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines. - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms; Microsoft Azure is preferred. - Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and concepts. - Familiarity with modern DevOps and software delivery practices. - Based in the UK and eligible to work there.

Nice to have - Scripting or automation experience. - Experience with a high-level programming language such as .NET Core. - Experience managing database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server. - Around eight or more years of relevant DevOps or platform engineering experience. - Experience with cloud-hosted SaaS, especially multi-tenant platforms.
