Responsibilities - Design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions including data pipelines, training workflows, and LLM-powered features - Improve performance, reliability, and accuracy of large language models running in production - Define and track metrics that clarify user behavior and product impact - Partner with Product, Engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities where data and AI can unlock value - Maintain large-scale datasets supporting analytics and ML applications - Develop experimentation frameworks that accelerate product decisions - Mentor other data scientists and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture
Requirements - Hands-on experience deploying and operating large-scale LLMs and modern ML systems - 3+ years building and optimizing machine learning or NLP models - Strong analytical skills working with large or unstructured datasets - Experience mentoring data scientists and supporting teammate growth - Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and creative problem-solving - Excellent communication, translating technical work into business impact
