#1 - Senior Data Scientist - Databricks - Pricing & Revenue Growth Management - Latam

Role overview Develop advanced pricing and revenue growth models that help commercial teams make evidence-based decisions. The work combines data science, machine learning, statistics, and econometrics to understand price-demand relationships, estimate elasticities, and assess pricing strategies across products, sales channels, geographies, and time periods.

Responsibilities - Build predictive models for demand, pricing, and revenue growth using sales, product, channel, and consumer behavior data. - Estimate own-price and cross-price elasticities and analyze price-response patterns. - Apply time-series forecasting, regression, optimization, and scenario analysis to evaluate commercial choices. - Engineer features from pricing, volumes, seasonality, and other commercial variables; test models through experiments, backtesting, and statistical validation. - Assess model stability and robustness across different levels of data granularity and over time. - Explain findings and recommendations to business partners and collaborate with data engineering and machine learning teams on scalable solutions.

Requirements - Strong applied background in machine learning, statistics, econometrics, and commercial data science. - Hands-on experience with price elasticity or demand modeling, regression, statistical inference, and time-series forecasting. - Knowledge of mathematical optimization, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and experimental design. - Experience working with sales data across pricing, volume, products, channels, geographies, and dates. - Practical experience with Databricks, Spark or PySpark, and MLflow. - Strong analytical communication skills and experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have - Familiarity with large language models, AI agents, MLOps, or production deployment and operation of data science solutions. - Knowledge of orchestration, infrastructure, monitoring, event data, or product analytics.
