Technical Operations Specialist

Role overview A Technical Operations Specialist role supporting mobile app advertising campaigns in a programmatic marketing platform. The position sits at the intersection of campaign execution, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination, with a strong emphasis on speed, accuracy, and continuous workflow improvement.

Responsibilities - Execute and optimize mobile app install campaigns end to end - Analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations - Write and run SQL queries to investigate trends, performance issues, and data integrity - Build or streamline reporting and workflow automation using modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows - Validate campaign setups through hands-on testing and troubleshooting - Coordinate with external partners such as MMPs and ad networks, and collaborate with internal product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders

Requirements - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into insights - Proficiency in SQL, or strong willingness to learn quickly - Comfort with modern productivity tools such as Excel, scripting utilities, and AI-assisted workflows - Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (for example AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular) - Basic understanding of programmatic advertising and mobile app ecosystems - High ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently

Nice to have - Experience with app install or performance marketing campaigns - Exposure to automation, data tooling, or workflow optimization
