About this role
Role overview A senior individual-contributor product role owning the strategy, delivery, and scaling of a Listening product within a social media intelligence platform that processes more than a billion social messages daily. The position focuses on transforming Listening into a best-in-class source of decision-grade social insights and driving a step-change in adoption across a broad customer base. The role sits within an R&D organization that partners closely with Engineering, Product Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
Responsibilities - Continuously deepen understanding of customer jobs and decisions, market trends, and competitive positioning to shape product strategy and roadmap. - Own the Listening product strategy and roadmap, securing organization-wide buy-in for high-impact bets with clear, trackable payoff metrics. - Partner with Engineering to deliver investments, balancing near-term revenue and customer commitments against longer-term strategic goals. - Collaborate with pricing and packaging teams to optimize pricing, balancing costs, sales, retention, expansion, and multi-product attachment. - Act as connective tissue across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure launches drive awareness, trial, and adoption. - Establish feedback loops using pipeline, adoption, churn, and competitive signals, and engage directly with customers to inform decisions. - Advocate for Listening's growth opportunities, aligning with wider business priorities and proactively communicating progress, risks, and pivots.
Requirements - Several years of progressive product management experience, ideally with ownership of a data-driven or analytics-oriented product. - Demonstrated ability to set strategy, prioritize bets, and influence senior stakeholders across R&D and commercial functions. - Strong analytical skills with comfort defining and tracking payoff metrics tied to customer and business outcomes. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable direction. - Track record of partnering closely with engineering teams to ship impactful product investments.
Nice to have - Background in social media, marketing technology, customer intelligence, or competitive SaaS product portfolios. - Experience shaping pricing, packaging, or GTM motions in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
