Head of Products

Role overview The Head of Products owns the product vision and execution for a portfolio of AI-driven platforms, shaping what gets built and why across an early-stage, fast-moving company. The role blends strategic product leadership with close collaboration across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the AI product portfolio - Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration - Translate customer and market insights into clear product decisions and requirements - Leverage product metrics, analytics, and user feedback to continuously improve offerings - Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ensure smooth launches and ongoing alignment - Drive both high-level product strategy and detailed execution on a day-to-day basis

Requirements - 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within AI, SaaS, or technology startups - Strong technical understanding of AI, NLP, automation, and emerging technologies - Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and iterative product development - Demonstrated ability to move between long-term vision and short-term execution - Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
