About this role

Role overview Own the strategy and delivery of a B2B SaaS integration ecosystem, helping move it from custom partner-by-partner work toward reusable platform capabilities. This is a senior individual contributor product role that combines technical fluency in integration architecture with commercial judgment about what to build, for whom, and when.

Responsibilities - Lead integration strategy from pricing and packaging through distribution, launch readiness, and ongoing cross-functional coordination. - Partner with engineering to sequence investments, balancing immediate customer or revenue needs against platform scalability. - Develop reusable APIs or connectors that let customers integrate with systems more independently and reduce one-off engineering work. - Guide integration lifecycles from alpha and beta to general availability and post-launch growth, aligning partners and customers on requirements and plans. - Make decisions about permissions, security, licensing, and packaging models for integrations. - Build business cases and prioritization methods for new opportunities, including evidence thresholds and criteria for stopping investment. - Connect go-to-market, partnerships, and engineering teams so integrations are both commercially viable and technically sound.

Requirements - At least 10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on ecosystems or integrations. - Demonstrated success leading initiatives in a multi-product company. - Experience working closely with product, design, engineering, and go-to-market leaders to deliver integrated products. - Technical fluency in integration architecture, including APIs, managed packages, platform events, and OAuth or permission models. - Commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize customer commitments alongside scalable product investments.

Benefits and work setup This remote opportunity is open to candidates based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario. Listed benefits include employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage for employees and eligible dependents; 25 vacation days, five sick days, public holidays, and company rest days; mental health support; a lifestyle stipend; home-office and internet support; financial guidance; family-care support; and charitable donation matching.
