Job details
About this role
Role overview Set product direction for incorporating external clinical and consumer health data into a longitudinal patient record. This is a hands-on director-level individual contributor role: you will lead strategy, discovery, prioritization, partner assessment, and delivery while establishing reusable integration capabilities and laying the groundwork for a larger product area.
Responsibilities - Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for clinical, laboratory, proteomic, and consumer health data products. - Assess which external data sources and use cases offer enough patient and business value to justify investment. - Lead laboratory and proteomics integration work with partners, and collaborate with clinical teams on responsible interpretation and presentation of results. - Define approaches for wearable and connected-health data, including how signals support personalization, monitoring, and next-best actions. - Work with data, engineering, and AI teams to create a longitudinal record spanning imaging, laboratory, clinical, and consumer sources. - Specify requirements for identity resolution, normalization, provenance, data quality, clinical meaning, timing, consent, and data sharing; guide reusable APIs and interoperability patterns. - Evaluate partnerships for patient value, data quality, complexity, scalability, and strategic fit.
Requirements - At least 10 years of product management experience, including significant ownership of complex technical or platform products. - Required experience building products involving healthcare or clinical data. - Experience delivering integrations across multiple organizations, systems, or data providers. - Product-level understanding of APIs, data platforms, schemas, identity, data quality, and integration architecture. - Ability to translate complex clinical or technical capabilities into clear user value. - Experience working across clinical, engineering, data, security, privacy, legal, and partnership teams.
Nice to have - Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or similar healthcare data-exchange standards. - Experience with laboratory, EHR, diagnostics, genomics or proteomics, remote monitoring, or wearable data.
