Senior Project Manager (Contract, Remote)

Role overview Lead cross-functional projects that improve internal systems and business processes, translating broad objectives into plans that teams can implement and sustain. The work spans analysis, delivery, change management, and checking whether improvements produce measurable results. This is a contract role with a weekday schedule in the afternoon and evening, Eastern European Time.

Responsibilities - Coordinate multiple projects across departments, managing scope, timing, budgets, resources, and risks. - Analyze workflows, identify opportunities to improve them, and turn findings into requirements and actionable initiatives. - Guide process improvements from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and outcome validation. - Gather stakeholder needs, communicate progress and results, and manage expectations throughout delivery. - Plan operational readiness, training, transitions, and follow-up after launch. - Coordinate teams implementing business systems, process changes, and technology solutions.

Requirements - At least four years of project management experience. - Experience as a business analyst or product manager, including ownership of internal products, projects, or processes. - Background delivering digital or operational process improvements, with hands-on workflow analysis and implementation experience. - Experience leading cross-functional work with business, technical, and senior stakeholders. - Practical use of AI or automation tools for project delivery, analysis, prototyping, documentation, or workflow improvement. - Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Nice to have - Familiarity with no-code or low-code automation and application tools. - Experience applying AI in products or business processes and measuring the results. - Background in B2B marketing operations, lead generation, demand generation, or marketing automation.
