Senior Software Engineer - Growth

Role overview Build and improve the product and engagement systems that help patients book in-home care. The growth engineering team is shifting from relying mainly on outbound calls toward a product-led approach, combining experiments, booking flows, and coordinated outreach to make scheduling easier for people who might otherwise miss care.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and measure experiments across messaging, outreach timing, and in-product appointment booking. - Improve patient engagement across SMS, phone, email, and mail, with attention to people who are less likely to schedule care. - Work with partners to identify and size growth opportunities, then prioritize experiments and product changes. - Define and monitor funnel measures such as drop-off, activation, conversion, and booking. - Share results through clear reporting and experiment reviews with product, design, data, and operations colleagues. - Explore new outreach approaches and model engagement volume to align with clinical capacity and demand.

Requirements - 3+ years of software engineering experience, including 1–2 years on a growth or experimentation-focused team. - Experience building and improving backend systems for experimentation, messaging, funnels, or activation. - A track record of running and measuring experiments tied to outcomes such as activation, conversion, retention, or booking. - Ability to use data to find funnel drop-offs, estimate opportunity, and guide engineering priorities. - Experience working across functions to turn findings into shipped product changes. - Comfort balancing speed and impact in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment.

Nice to have Experience with product-led growth, ambiguous early-stage initiatives, and owning the full experiment cycle from sizing through measurement.
