Technical Project Manager

Role overview

Coordinate technology and information security initiatives across distributed technical and business teams, guiding work from planning through delivery and operational handover. A major focus is turning security findings and scattered task data into owned, prioritized work that moves through to completion.

Responsibilities - Define project scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success measures for internal technology initiatives. - Coordinate delivery across IT, security, engineering, infrastructure, platform, and business teams; surface blockers and drive decisions. - Track vulnerability remediation and follow-up actions from testing, reviews, incidents, and security improvement efforts through closure. - Consolidate work across multiple Jira projects or environments, maintaining traceability and reporting on backlog, overdue tasks, progress, and trends. - Use task data to identify bottlenecks and risks, automate reporting where practical, and provide concise updates on exceptions and decisions needed.

Requirements - At least five years in IT, technology, or security project management, or a similar delivery role. - Experience delivering initiatives across multiple technical teams and working with security and engineering groups. - Strong Jira task and backlog management experience, including work across multiple projects, workflows, or systems. - Ability to produce consolidated reporting, KPIs, and trend analysis from task-level information. - Strong planning and coordination skills across scope, priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders. - Experience with globally distributed teams and excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have - Vulnerability remediation or Red Team and Blue Team coordination experience. - Consolidating data across Jira instances, automating reports, or building operational dashboards. - Familiarity with cloud or cloud security environments, or experience in large-scale, high-availability technology organizations. - Relevant project, service management, security, Agile, or Scrum certification.
