Role overview Drive the gamification and live-operations product strategy for a multi-brand iGaming portfolio, shaping engagement mechanics across diverse markets. The position blends product ownership, campaign design, and analytics to lift player activation, retention, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the gamification roadmap, including tournaments, missions, challenges, lotteries, loyalty programs, prize drops, wheels, and loot boxes. - Plan and operate a Gamification & LiveOps calendar aligned with acquisition, CRM, and retention initiatives. - Localize mechanics, rewards, thresholds, and campaign cadence to different regions and player segments. - Measure end-to-end performance across engagement, activation, retention, revenue, incremental lift, and ROI. - Design A/B tests and control/holdout experiments, then turn findings into redesign, optimization, or discontinuation decisions. - Partner with casino, sportsbook, CRM, VIP, analytics, and engineering teams, translating business and player needs into prioritized requirements. - Establish setup, QA, measurement, and post-campaign analysis standards and document best practices.
Requirements
- Three or more years in gamification, live operations, CRM, retention, or product roles inside the iGaming sector. - Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and launching casino gamification mechanics such as tournaments, missions, lotteries, and loyalty programs. - Working knowledge of bonus structures, wagering requirements, tournament logic, loyalty progression, and retention levers. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance and ROI independently. - Demonstrated experience measuring incremental impact using control or holdout groups. - Proven track record managing campaigns from concept and setup to launch, analysis, and optimization. - Comfort collaborating across cross-functional teams and converting needs into clear product requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience running A/B tests on promotional mechanics and campaigns. - Background working across multiple brands and regions, including an understanding of Tier 3 markets and player behavior. - Familiarity working directly with casino game providers. - Experience building or improving gamification platforms rather than only running campaigns. - History of establishing gamification processes, standards, and reporting from the ground up.
