Remote job
Product Manager - Ledger & Reporting
Job details
About this role
Role overview A product role owning vision, strategy, and delivery for the reporting and customer reconciliation surface area within the ledger backbone of a digital asset and enterprise payments platform. The work directly feeds a self-serve customer experience and a Billing 2.0 transformation, giving enterprise clients transparent, programmable access to their own financial data while also serving Finance, Risk, and Operations internally. It is cross-functional by design, sitting at the intersection of billing, wallets, treasury, and reconciliation.
Responsibilities - Own the product vision and roadmap for reporting and customer reconciliation, aligning with broader ledger objectives including self-serve experience and regulatory compliance. - Define requirements so transaction reports and APIs surface both real-time and invoiced fees, broken down by fee type. - Build customer-facing reconciliation endpoints and reporting surfaces that let enterprise clients programmatically audit charges, automate close, and reconcile against invoices. - Partner with Finance, Reconciliation, and Operations to replace fragmented manual reporting with automated data pipelines and standardised views. - Collaborate across the Billing and Fees, Wallets, Balances, Digital Assets, Treasury, and Reconciliation domains to keep reporting data consistent end-to-end. - Define reporting requirements for multi-entity structures and evolving regulatory regimes across jurisdictions.
Requirements - Significant product management experience, ideally inside a fast-paced startup or scale-up with broad scope and constrained resources. - Strong technical fluency: not required to write code, but comfortable engaging engineers on API design, data models, event-driven architectures, and database schemas. - Hands-on familiarity with data warehousing and BI tooling such as Snowflake, QuickSight, or comparable platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including clear PRDs, effective stakeholder meetings, and confident presentations to senior leadership. - Remote-first working habits across time zones in an asynchronous culture, using Slack, Confluence, and Jira as primary tools. - Pragmatic decision-making, able to trade off ideal versus achievable under tight constraints.
Nice to have - Experience with regulated financial services and compliance reporting such as MiCA, safeguarding, or client money rules. - Background in B2B payments platforms, stablecoin infrastructure, or crypto-adjacent products. - Familiarity with reconciliation platforms and financial ledger systems. - Experience with multi-tenant architectures and entity-level data segregation. - Understanding of event-driven data pipelines such as Kafka and outbox patterns and their impact on reporting consistency. - Product experience with self-serve billing or invoicing platforms.
Benefits and work setup - Competitive compensation with flexible working hours and a hybrid model. - Flexible holiday approach and opportunities to travel to other offices globally. - Open, creative environment with growth-minded peers.
