Role overview

A strategic, customer-focused Product Manager position leading the evolution of a software suite centered on durability, fatigue, and engineering data analytics. The role is pivotal in defining and supporting the development of industry-leading solutions that deliver measurable value to engineering customers across automotive, aerospace, transportation, energy, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

- Own the product vision and roadmap for the durability and reliability software suite, aligning customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives - Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities that provide clear customer value - Engage directly with customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders to understand workflows, validate requirements, and identify emerging market trends - Define and communicate product strategy, ensuring transparency and alignment across internal teams, sales channels, and portfolio leadership - Support PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt events, providing product context and feedback to Scrum teams and the Agile Release Train - Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

- Extensive experience with durability engineering, fatigue analysis, or related engineering software solutions - Strong understanding of fatigue methods, durability validation processes, CAE-driven design, test data analysis, and engineering simulation workflows - Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline - Proven experience in product management, application engineering, durability engineering, or a related technical leadership role - Experience working with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional software development teams - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction

Nice to have

- Experience with fatigue and durability standards, including strain-life, stress-life, vibration fatigue, and multiaxial fatigue methodologies - Knowledge of simulation-driven development processes and CAE tools such as Ansys, Abaqus, Nastran, OptiStruct, or similar platforms - Familiarity with cloud-based engineering workflows, digital engineering platforms, and modern software architectures
