About this role
Role overview The Enterprise Project Manager leads day-to-day delivery of a complex, high-visibility, cross-functional initiative from initiation through closeout. Operating within a centralized enablement function, the role is the primary accountability point for outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, and contractual obligations, applying standardized PMO methodologies and governance.
Responsibilities - Drive a complex project through all lifecycle phases, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with scope and contractual deliverables. - Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and outcomes while proactively mitigating contract-related risks. - Lead execution across cross-functional teams and workstreams, building alignment among stakeholders. - Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and performance measures. - Monitor and report project health through KPIs, status updates, and RAID logs; apply change control rigorously. - Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, maintain repositories, and identify opportunities to improve delivery practices.
Requirements - 5+ years of project management experience leading complex initiatives through the full lifecycle. - Advanced proficiency in integrated planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. - Strong expertise in contractual, regulatory, and organizational compliance and controls. - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex challenges. - PMP certification strongly preferred. - Excellent stakeholder management, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Nice to have - Experience working with Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal counterparts. - Familiarity with industrial or construction project environments.
