Role overview
This senior individual-contributor role owns the strategy, roadmap, and performance of a company's regional websites across multiple international markets including Mexico, Canada, and EMEA, with additional locales as expansion occurs. The position partners closely with brand, content, product marketing, growth, and web engineering teams to ensure each regional site reflects how local buyers research, evaluate, and purchase.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategy and roadmap for regional websites, holding it accountable to regional pipeline and awareness goals - Define success metrics, targets, and reporting structures used by regional and marketing leadership - Direct cross-functional pods of designers, engineers, content strategists, and regional marketers - Build and run an experimentation programme covering CRO, A/B testing, and personalisation strategy - Partner with content marketing teams on AEO and SEO strategies for each region - Identify AI use cases and deploy agents to streamline regional site product management - Lead complex initiatives such as new market launches, site architecture changes, and regional redesigns from concept through post-launch measurement - Communicate regional web performance and roadmap progress to leadership on a regular cadence - Raise the wider team's capability through mentoring and shared documentation
Requirements
- Five or more years in web product management, digital experience, or web strategy, including direct ownership of a high-traffic marketing site roadmap - Experience owning web experiences across multiple international markets with in-market localisation rather than translation - Track record of running a web experimentation programme and interpreting results - Working knowledge of web analytics and A/B testing platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau - Strong technical SEO and AEO foundations
