Senior Director of Product Management, MetaDefender Endpoint

Role overview The Senior Director of Product Management owns the vision, strategy, and execution of a flagship endpoint security portfolio spanning peripheral media protection, compliance, vulnerability assessment, patch management, and zero-trust access. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this hands-on leadership role partners daily with global R&D to deliver a multi-platform endpoint agent across desktop and mobile while stewarding a free global community edition.

Responsibilities - Define and drive the roadmap for a broad endpoint portfolio covering multiple high-value use cases and a shared platform foundation. - Lead hands-on product work with engineering teams, engaging credibly on architecture and trade-offs across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android agents. - Build and scale the free community edition, growing adoption and feeding feedback into the commercial portfolio. - Establish platform practices that enable other product lines to build on a common endpoint architecture while preserving team autonomy. - Partner globally on commercial strategy, partnerships, and business growth for the endpoint portfolio. - Champion an AI-first approach across product work, applying modern tooling to accelerate delivery and quality.

Requirements - 10+ years in product management, including several years leading and growing PM teams within cybersecurity, endpoint, or infrastructure software. - Demonstrated ownership of a wide endpoint portfolio spanning compliance, patch, vulnerability, and zero-trust access use cases. - Deep domain knowledge of endpoint security, data protection, threat prevention, patch and vulnerability management, and device posture. - Hands-on, technical comfort working shoulder-to-shoulder with R&D on architecture and design decisions. - Experience delivering endpoint or agent software across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. - Platform product thinking, with experience evolving a shared foundation used by multiple product teams. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies; MBA is a plus.
