Role overview The Senior UX Designer shapes the user experience for an enterprise cybersecurity product focused on attack path management for Active Directory environments. As an individual contributor with broad influence, this role partners with product management, engineering, and security experts to translate complex data into intuitive, accessible, and scalable design solutions.
Responsibilities - Translate complex cybersecurity and data visualization concepts into intuitive, accessible user experiences. - Partner with product and engineering to align business goals, technical constraints, and security context into prioritized UX direction and measurable outcomes. - Organize information architecture and navigation to support clarity and scalability in data-dense interfaces, including dashboards and reports. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and documentation across low- and high-fidelity levels. - Contribute to UX research and usability testing, validating assumptions and iterating based on feedback. - Present design rationale to peers, leadership, and stakeholders, and support the ongoing evolution of the design system.
Requirements - 6+ years of professional UX design experience, with a focus on enterprise or complex web applications. - Proven ability to design data-dense, technical, or security-related products. - Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Balsamiq. - Experience building, contributing to, or governing a component-based design system. - Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, information architecture, and interaction design. - Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven iteration in Agile environments.
Nice to have - Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. - Experience designing for graph, network, or relationship-based data visualizations. - Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT administration, or related technical domains.
