Content Designer | LATAM

Role overview A senior-level content design position with a globally distributed digital agency, working remotely from Central or South America. The role centers on bringing clarity to complex product experiences by shaping content strategy, UX writing, and information architecture across a portfolio of client engagements. It is structured as a contract role, with potential to convert to full-time when business needs align.

Responsibilities - Lead content design across multiple client engagements, shaping user-centered experiences through strategy, UX writing, and information architecture. - Translate ambiguous product and business goals into structured content models, messaging frameworks, and scalable content systems. - Write and adapt copy that balances brand voice, user experience, and business objectives. - Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to embed content decisions into the product development process. - Produce key content artifacts such as audits, taxonomies, content models, and voice-and-tone guidelines, and facilitate workshops to align teams. - Run process improvement and conduct regular touch points with cross-functional partners to raise the craft of content design across projects.

Requirements - 4+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, ideally within an agency setting. - Comfort navigating fast-paced, multi-client environments with ambiguous problem spaces. - Strategic approach to content with hands-on experience in content modeling, information architecture, and structured content. - Familiarity with CMS platforms and how content is structured and managed. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align teams and articulate content decisions to clients and stakeholders.
