About this role
Role overview A senior product leadership role responsible for representing stakeholder, sponsor, and end-user interests across the organization. The position translates strategic intent into actionable Epics, Features, and User Stories, balancing capacity with demand while ensuring each release advances the broader product vision. It is a cross-functional leadership seat that partners with engineering, design, and business leadership to ship solutions that solve real customer problems.
Responsibilities - Align product decisions and roadmaps with the organization's overall strategy, communicating the vision and expected outcomes to delivery teams - Define Epic success criteria and desired outcomes in collaboration with senior stakeholders - Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories, including vetting scope and deferring lower-value items when appropriate - Maintain a continuously ready backlog with clear acceptance criteria that flows into cross-functional delivery teams - Conduct user interviews and other research to surface customer needs, and advocate for those needs throughout the product lifecycle - Monitor release health through metrics, manage risks and impediments between backlog items, and coordinate release notes and change management
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience - 8+ years of industry experience, typically including 2+ years at the AVP level or an equivalent external role - 5+ years of progressive responsibility for product or service development, with the ability to measure the value delivered to customers - 7+ years working on solution design and full-stack development engagement, with a strong emphasis on end-user usability and UX - Solid analytical skills, plus data engineering experience with logical data models and big data environments - Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, application infrastructure, and system architecture
Nice to have - Background in real estate technology or adjacent industries - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog prioritization techniques, and dependency management at scale - Experience mentoring, coaching, and training product team members across regions
