Product Manager, Product Operations

Role overview Build and introduce AI agents and automated workflows that reduce manual coordination across product operations. Starting with planning, status reporting, release communication, and delivery health, the role extends successful approaches to other teams and client-facing tools. This is a hands-on product management position focused on building working automations and helping colleagues adopt them.

Responsibilities - Find repetitive work in product planning, tracking, and delivery, then build agents or workflows that teams trust and use. - Prototype with large language model tools, connectors, and workflow platforms; involve engineering when a prototype needs production-grade implementation. - Work with product managers and engineering leads to support the operating cadence and close coordination gaps through automation. - Adapt successful internal workflows into AI-first tools for clients and the teams serving them. - Help colleagues in product, sales, finance, and operations automate their own work, and turn proven approaches into reusable skills.

Requirements - At least 4 years of product management experience, preferably in product operations at a B2B technology company. - Evidence of building and shipping AI agents or automations that have real users and measurable results. - Hands-on familiarity with LLM tools, connector-based integrations, or workflow platforms, plus comfort with SQL and APIs. - Ability to map complex processes and decide what to automate, simplify, or discontinue. - Advanced written and spoken English for clear communication and live discussions with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have - Experience in advertising technology, television, or media. - Experience creating evaluations or test sets for AI systems. - Familiarity with Salesforce, Shortcut, Notion, or PostHog.

Benefits and work setup - Based in Ukraine, with a hybrid or remote schedule. The team has hubs in Lviv and Kyiv and meets in person when possible. - Working hours are 11:00–20:00 Kyiv time to overlap with colleagues in New York. - The hiring process includes a walkthrough of prior work and a short practical workflow-automation exercise.
