About this role
Role overview Set the direction for data products and reporting capabilities that help business customers understand portfolios, manage risk, and make informed decisions. Responsibilities - Define strategy and roadmap for embedded analytics, portfolio dashboards, exports, and data-sharing integrations. - Learn how customers use data to make decisions and turn those needs into clear product problems and requirements. - Partner with data engineering on models, pipelines, and quality so customer-facing data is accurate and timely. - Establish shared metric definitions across products and customer workspaces. - Work with adjacent product teams to improve data capture at its source and shape data used by AI capabilities. - Measure adoption and product impact, then use findings to guide future priorities. - Support customer conversations, demonstrations, and enablement for reporting and data features.
Requirements - 5–8 years of product management experience, including at least two years owning data, analytics, or reporting products in B2B SaaS. - Strong SQL skills and comfort exploring data directly to answer questions and validate implementations. - Ability to set product direction, make trade-offs, and communicate decisions to stakeholders with limited oversight.
Benefits and work setup - Annual salary range: USD 165,000–210,000, with equity and medical, dental, and vision coverage. The source also describes uncapped vacation for U.S. employees, a learning grant, and a 401(k) match with expedited vesting for U.S. employees. - Employees outside the Nashville area are expected to travel to the Nashville office at least twice yearly for company gatherings; additional travel may depend on role and business needs.
