Full-Stack Engineer (Python / React)

Role overview

Build and improve a cloud native Product Information Service for managing product data and connecting information across systems. This middle level full stack role covers the software lifecycle, from design discussions and implementation through testing, deployment, and ongoing reliability improvements. The position is remote within Europe, with listed locations including Albania, Poland, Romania, and Ukraine.

Responsibilities

- Develop backend services and REST APIs in Python and contribute to user facing features with React and TypeScript. - Work with product data and PostgreSQL as part of a platform designed for reliable information flow between systems. - Contribute to architecture discussions, implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and product teams in planning and regular project meetings. - Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and Agile activities such as estimation and sprint planning. - Help improve system reliability, deployment automation, and performance.

Requirements

- At least three years of professional software development experience with Python. - Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills, and working knowledge of React and TypeScript. - Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs. - Understanding of cloud infrastructure, application deployment, and containerized environments such as Kubernetes. - Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as GitLab CI. - Knowledge of software development best practices and testing.
