Senior Staff, Workplace AI (R5448)

Role overview Partner with senior workplace AI leadership to assess where AI can address business needs and produce clear, evidence-based recommendations. The work spans multiple business units, from understanding existing processes and evaluating solution options to measuring adoption, outcomes, and return on investment. You’ll help leaders make timely decisions through concise analysis and practical business cases.

Responsibilities - Turn broad stakeholder requests into specific problems, AI hypotheses, and measurable success criteria. - Map workflows and quantify potential gains such as time saved, fewer errors, lower risk, or increased throughput. - Work with business and technical partners to define use cases, requirements, scope, and expected value. - Research vendors and compare capabilities, costs, risks, and fit to support build-or-buy decisions. - Set pre-launch baselines and develop practical metrics or dashboards for adoption and value. - Track solution usage and results, identify gaps against expectations, and recommend improvements to training or rollout. - Prepare concise business cases, evaluation summaries, and updates for senior, non-technical leaders.

Requirements - 12 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, product strategy, transformation, or a similarly analytical individual contributor role. - Strong understanding of current AI and generative AI concepts and enterprise productivity tools. - Experience structuring unclear business problems and developing data-informed recommendations. - Quantitative analytical skills using spreadsheets, business intelligence tools, or similar methods. - Ability to turn conversations and data into clear narratives, business cases, and written recommendations. - Experience working across business teams on technology-enabled process or workflow changes. - Strong written communication for senior audiences.

Nice to have - Background in strategy, operations, analytics, or internal strategy and operations. - Experience with ROI models, vendor selection, SaaS assessment, or enterprise market research. - Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
