Job details
About this role
Role overview Support client engagements that turn AI opportunities into working products, useful workflows, and lasting adoption. You’ll take ownership of defined delivery tasks under the direction of a workstream lead, drawing on either product and delivery coordination or client training and enablement, while building experience across both areas.
Responsibilities - Join stakeholder and user discovery; document workflows, constraints, needs, and intended outcomes. - Turn research and conversations into requirements, user stories, workshop plans, decision records, roadmaps, and next steps. - For product delivery work, maintain backlogs and coordinate dependencies with client partners, designers, and engineers; run evaluations and record observed failure patterns when needed. - For enablement work, prepare or facilitate trainings, workshops, and office hours; develop practical exercises and workflows with client champions. - Track progress and adoption signals, keep engagement materials current, and prepare concise updates on decisions, risks, evidence, and next steps. - Raise blockers and feasibility concerns early, use feedback to refine work, and contribute reusable delivery materials.
Requirements - Meaningful experience in at least one area: product, consulting, technical program management, customer success, or similar delivery work; or client training, facilitation, learning and development, or adoption. - For a delivery background, examples of translating discussions into plans or artifacts, with reliable coordination across tasks and dependencies. - For an enablement background, ability to create clear learning materials and explain AI in practical terms so users can apply it in their work. - Practical fluency with current AI tools, including an understanding of their capabilities, limitations, and safeguards. - Clear communication with both business and technical audiences, without jargon or overstating what AI can do. - Strong organization, follow-through, user-centered judgment, and comfort adapting as client needs change.
Nice to have - Experience across both product delivery and enablement; hands-on work with prompts, lightweight automations, or training and workshop design; or exposure to enterprise software delivery, testing, and evaluation.
Benefits and work setup - Client-facing work across industries, with opportunities to collaborate with engineers, delivery leads, and client teams and contribute to reusable playbooks and learning materials. - Compensation includes base pay and performance incentives tied to client outcomes, plus equity options. On-site client travel may be available for those interested.
