Solutions Engineer - Cloud & DevOps

Role overview Design and operate cloud and DevOps solutions that help development teams deliver software efficiently and securely. The work spans CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, cloud service integration, system monitoring, and investigation of production issues across cloud and on-premises environments.

Responsibilities - Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and development automation. - Create and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform. - Integrate AWS and Azure services with existing systems and support on-premises tooling. - Monitor system performance, maintain source code and operational reports, and keep systems updated and secure. - Investigate production incidents, identify root causes, and help prevent repeat issues. - Work with development teams to deliver features and follow established software practices.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience. - 1–3 years of cloud computing experience and 1–3 years in a related role. - Knowledge of Azure services and hands-on experience with a Kubernetes distribution. - Basic familiarity with Terraform, Jenkins, Groovy, Git or GitHub, Azure DevOps, Splunk, or code quality tools. - Foundational knowledge of networking and security, including protocols, access controls, firewalls, and traffic management. - Ability to work with APIs, observability tools, and platforms such as Active Directory, AWS, VMware, and Windows Server.

Nice to have - 1–3 years of Azure experience and familiarity with an NVIDIA AI platform. - Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum project practices.
