Service Delivery Manager - Data & AI

Role overview A service delivery role responsible for coordinating the successful delivery of customer projects and service engagements, with a focus on data and AI programs built on a Palantir-style platform. The position acts as the operational hub between customers, delivery teams, project resources, and leadership, ensuring projects are staffed, risks are managed proactively, and delivery commitments are met. It combines resource planning, project governance, stakeholder communication, and escalation management across multiple concurrent engagements.

Responsibilities - Maintain visibility into all service delivery resources and align inbound project demand with available capacity, skills, and timing - Track projects from initiation through completion, monitoring schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables - Facilitate project status meetings, delivery reviews, and customer updates, and circulate notes within established timelines - Maintain project dashboards, status reports, risk logs, and delivery metrics, and hold stakeholders accountable for action items - Identify risks related to scope, budget, timeline, resources, and technical dependencies, and drive mitigation or recovery plans - Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery and resource-related issues, resolving competing priorities across stakeholders

Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience - 5+ years of project management, service delivery, or operations management experience, including technical or data projects - Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities - Strong resource planning, capacity management, and stakeholder communication skills - Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and meeting facilitation - Experience with Palantir or similar data and AI platforms - Ability to travel to partner, customer, and internal events

Nice to have - Background supporting customer-facing delivery organizations handling complex, multi-stakeholder programs - Familiarity with data, analytics, or AI solution delivery lifecycles
