Product Manager Intern, ShopX(Rewards)

Role overview

Support a product manager working on payment services, learning how payment flows, provider relationships, and product decisions fit together. The internship combines backlog coordination, basic data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities - Draft, organize, and track tickets for payment service changes; follow progress and flag blockers. - Gather stakeholder context and prepare notes or materials for provider discussions. - Query payment data and help maintain dashboards covering performance, failures, and operational health. - Investigate unusual payment patterns and assemble information for reviews. - Document payment flows, fee structures, and operating processes, and share concise updates. - Join agile discussions and help translate business questions and technical constraints into clear requirements.

Requirements - Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, economics, finance, or a related area. - Interest in fintech, payments, and the way financial systems operate. - Curious, logical, and attentive to detail, with a habit of following issues through. - Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to summarize complex information and ask useful questions. - Willingness to learn SQL and comfort working with data; prior SQL experience is helpful but not required. - Experience using a large language model tool to support research, communication, or productivity.

Projects, internships, or extracurricular experience related to product work, fintech, data analysis, or startups can be helpful, though the role is open to candidates with potential and a strong learning mindset.
