Senior Program Manager

Role overview Coordinate strategic product programs from planning through release, connecting organizational priorities with clear milestones and measurable outcomes. The role works across product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to keep teams aligned, resolve delivery obstacles, and support product growth.

Responsibilities - Lead planning, execution, and delivery for product releases and new offerings. - Build program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and success measures aligned with organizational goals. - Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and serve as a central contact for program updates and decisions. - Identify dependencies and opportunities across the product portfolio to improve overall impact. - Anticipate and manage risks, develop contingency plans, and adjust delivery plans as conditions change. - Keep stakeholders and executives informed about progress, risks, decisions, and milestones; improve program practices over time.

Requirements - At least 7 years of program management experience, including 3 years leading cross-functional work in software or technology organizations. - Strong ability to manage ambiguity and complexity, solve problems, and maintain effective roadmaps and schedules. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a record of building alignment across teams. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices, Agile methods, and modern product development. - Technical literacy across AI or generative AI systems, data, and platform architecture. - Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; proficiency with program management and productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have - Exposure to web applications, Go, Ruby, JavaScript, React, microservices, AWS, or Azure.

Benefits and work setup - Remote role. The source lists an Ontario base salary range of CAD $120,000–$150,000 annually.
