Role overview
Deliver customer deployments for risk screening, graph analysis, investigation workflows, and data integrations. You’ll guide each engagement from technical scoping and evaluation through implementation and ongoing health, working across multiple accounts and leaving clear documentation for continued support.
Responsibilities - Scope customer workflows and validate technical fit before implementation begins. - Deploy analytical and investigation workflows, building production solutions with Python and SQL. - Prepare bulk data exports, configure API endpoints, and onboard customer data pipelines. - Validate data and integrations, monitor pipeline health, and resolve deployment issues. - Create dashboards and documentation so customers and colleagues can understand status and continue the work. - Improve delivery playbooks and share recurring customer needs with product and engineering teams.
Requirements - Three to five years in a client-facing technical role such as technical consulting, delivery, or forward-deployed engineering. - Production Python experience, including data manipulation with Pandas, and strong SQL skills. - Hands-on experience integrating, testing, and supporting REST APIs. - Experience processing large datasets with Spark, BigQuery, Snowflake, or comparable tools, and orchestrating pipelines. - Working knowledge of AWS or GCP and a technical bachelor’s or master’s degree. - Strong written and verbal communication, self-direction, and comfort working through ambiguous problems. - Regular use of AI-assisted coding tools in engineering work.
Nice to have - LLM API development, containers, cloud deployment, BI tools, graph technologies, or experience with machine learning, NLP, or entity resolution. - Background in financial crime, supply chain risk, or national security.
Benefits and work setup - Remote role for candidates in the United States; travel and in-office time together account for roughly 25–30%. - Pay range of $160,000–$180,000.
