Develop a platform that turns satellite imagery, soil-sensor readings, and weather information into practical irrigation plans. The role spans data models, backend services, APIs, and customer-facing interfaces, with opportunities to shape architecture as the product and its connected deployments grow.
Responsibilities - Build and maintain services that transform sensor and satellite data into irrigation plans. - Deliver product features across the stack, from data structures to user interfaces. - Develop APIs connecting the platform with field hardware and partner systems. - Improve reliability and performance as the number of farms and sensors increases. - Contribute to architecture decisions while the system is still evolving.
Requirements - Experience delivering production web applications across the stack. - Strong backend fundamentals, including API design and relational data. - Comfort building frontend features with modern JavaScript or TypeScript. - Sound judgment about balancing maintainability with simplicity. - Interest in the problem area; agricultural experience is not required.
Nice to have - Geospatial data or mapping library experience. - Familiarity with time-series data or sensor telemetry.
