About this role
Role overview Shape enterprise digital transformation programs by designing scalable solutions on a customer relationship management platform across multiple industries. Responsibilities - Advise business and technology leaders, define solution direction, and align architecture with business objectives. - Lead end-to-end designs spanning multiple platform products, ensuring solutions are secure, sustainable, and maintainable. - Run discovery sessions and workshops to document processes, gather requirements, and prioritize backlogs. - Provide configuration or prototypes when needed, and uphold platform governance and implementation practices. - Coordinate business, product, project, and engineering teams; identify delivery risks and mitigation options. - Lead estimates, technical proposals, and pre-sales work as needed, while mentoring architects and consultants.
Requirements - More than five years of relevant experience delivering enterprise projects through full software lifecycles using both agile and waterfall methods. - Demonstrated success architecting complex, enterprise-scale solutions on the platform. - Strong knowledge of the platform and multiple products, including sales, service, and field service capabilities. - Experience leading customer-facing consulting engagements and working with Scrum or Kanban teams. - Ability to balance business needs with technical trade-offs and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. - Advanced or fluent English.
Nice to have - Spanish proficiency. - Experience with AI-enabled platform capabilities and adoption, as well as experience in one or more sectors such as manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, retail, public sector, or education.
