About this role
Role overview Help estate and controlled-site clients translate their security needs into workable access-control systems. You’ll assess technical requirements, design integrations with APIs, and guide deployments across a hardware and software ecosystem, while sharing client needs with the product team.
Responsibilities - Assess client security requirements and evaluate the technical environment. - Design tailored integration approaches using APIs. - Provide technical guidance to clients during system deployment. - Bring recurring requirements and implementation feedback to the product team. - Explain technical options clearly and help resolve implementation problems.
Requirements - At least 4 years of experience in technical consulting or solutions architecture. - Strong understanding of APIs, networking, and cloud infrastructure. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have - Experience with physical security systems or IoT.
