Role overview

An entry-level, customer-facing technical role focused on delivering enterprise CRM platform implementations for global clients. Responsibilities

- Manage configuration, custom development, and data migration workstreams within end-to-end implementation projects - Build and ship solutions that follow designs produced by senior architects, adhering to the established delivery methodology - Investigate and debug technical issues encountered during implementation, working closely with engineers and product teams - Coordinate with platform product groups to resolve complex client-side implementation challenges - Operate within an agile team, collaborating daily with colleagues across multiple regions and time zones - Work remotely while partnering with global delivery teams to support clients in various geographies

Requirements

- Foundational proficiency in at least one object-oriented or scripting language such as JavaScript or Java - Basic front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Working knowledge of version control systems, especially Git, including common branching models such as Git Flow - Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and how they connect distributed systems - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative delivery practices - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish for direct customer communication - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and an empathetic, customer-focused communication style

Nice to have

- Platform-specific administrator or associate-level certification - Demonstrated advanced progress on the vendor's online learning platform, including completion of multiple learning tracks - Hands-on experience with point-and-click configuration tools such as low-code app builders or workflow automation tools
