Role overview A senior delivery leadership role responsible for building long-term client partnerships and running complex IT projects across multi-vendor, multinational environments. The position blends Agile and Waterfall practices, adapting the working method to fit each client's context and constraints.
Responsibilities - Build and maintain long-term client partnerships grounded in a clear understanding of their goals and expectations - Plan and execute deliveries on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards - Manage both Fixed Price and Time and Material engagements - Act as Agile or Waterfall Project Manager, or Scrum Master, depending on project needs - Track progress against agreed timelines, proactively manage risks, and apply corrective actions - Control scope and budget, handling change requests in line with contractual agreements - Build and lead blended provider-client project teams - Ensure transparent, effective communication across team members and clients - Uphold high standards of ethics, integrity, and management quality
Requirements - IT project management experience in an outsourcing environment within a global company - Track record managing both Fixed Price and Time and Material projects, including large, complex, multi-vendor initiatives delivered in close collaboration with C-level stakeholders - Experience leading multinational teams - Practical Agile and Waterfall methodology knowledge - Ability to adapt the working method to client constraints and limitations - Solid understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices - Strong ownership, independence, and decision-making ability - Customer and team focus with high integrity - Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have - Prior technical experience as a Software Developer, QA, or DevOps engineer - PMP or SAFe certification
