Job details
About this role
Role overview Lead the launch of a proactive care product that helps senior living teams spot meaningful changes in residents’ activity, mobility, sleep, or routines and respond before an adverse event. You’ll own the product from customer discovery and validation through pilots and commercial adoption, translating signals from existing data systems into practical workflows for care staff.
Responsibilities - Research needs with community leaders, caregivers, wellness directors, and clinical staff; test concepts before committing engineering resources. - Define the product roadmap, MVPs, and clear criteria for progressing through alpha and beta stages. - Partner with design, engineering, AI, clinical, and customer teams to turn data signals into interventions that fit daily care routines, including EHR and eCall workflows. - Establish measures for earlier detection and faster caregiver action, with clinical partners setting appropriate precision targets. - Protect resident privacy, consent, and dignity; present signals clearly and support clinical judgment without overstating certainty. - Build the business case for interventions and work with commercial teams to expand solutions that show value.
Requirements - Experience taking a complete product from initial concept to commercial adoption; founder experience is also relevant. - Background building products for clinical, caregiving, or other high-stakes operational workflows. - Familiarity with data and machine learning concepts, including precision and recall tradeoffs, and the ability to explain signals to nontechnical users. - A habit of prototyping and testing with real users early. - Commercial judgment and ability to connect product outcomes to enterprise customer ROI. - Typically six or more years in product management, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have - Experience in senior living or post-acute care, clinical training, or products integrated with EHR systems.
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote; candidates must be based in the United States or Canada. - Medical, dental, and vision coverage with employee premiums fully paid, a 401(k) program, and monthly education, wellbeing, and home-office stipends. - Non-accrual paid time off, family and parental leave, company retreats, and growth opportunities.
