AI Software Engineer

Role overview An engineering role focused on building the first wave of AI-powered capabilities inside a product that fully automates how organizations produce slide decks and documents from live data. The work spans the stack, from integrating large language models into production features to improving reliability and time-to-market in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities - Design and ship AI-powered product features, combining established patterns with novel approaches for data analysis and content generation. - Leverage LLM frameworks and tools such as LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation patterns, and LlamaIndex to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions. - Improve system performance and reliability, optimizing software to meet customer needs and shorten time-to-market. - Collaborate closely with designers and software engineers to increase user adoption and engagement. - Pioneer internal best practices for cutting-edge AI tools and techniques, including evaluation, prompt design, and observability of model behavior.

Requirements - 3+ years of experience in machine learning and natural language processing, with a focus on generative models. - Advanced Python programming skills. - Proficiency with current LLM frameworks such as LangChain, RAG architectures, and LlamaIndex. - Proven experience researching, building, and fine-tuning large language models in production environments. - Strong working knowledge of a TypeScript and React frontend, Node.js backend services, and AWS-hosted Kubernetes infrastructure.

Nice to have - Experience building LLM agents for data analysis and content generation. - Familiarity with Temporal workflows, Prisma, Argo CD, and generative-AI tooling such as OpenAI API, Gemini, or Langfuse.
