Staff Full Stack Engineer

Role overview A Staff Full Stack Engineer is sought to lead the design and delivery of complex integration-heavy platforms. The role involves defining front-end architecture, owning large portions of the system end-to-end, and integrating AI services into production full-stack applications.

Responsibilities - Define front-end architecture and technical strategy, leading complex UI systems development using React, Angular, Next.js, or TypeScript - Lead back-end development and API architecture, integrating complex systems and third-party platforms with Node.js or Python - Design efficient database schemas and optimize performance across relational and NoSQL systems - Lead the integration of AI services into production systems including LLM APIs, streaming, tool and function calling, multi-step agent flows, and RAG patterns - Drive monitoring, observability, and reliability practices across production systems - Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while establishing front-end and full-stack engineering standards

Requirements - 7+ years of professional software engineering experience leading complex full-stack initiatives - Deep proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Next.js with TypeScript - Strong back-end experience with Node.js or Python and complex API architecture - Experience integrating AI services such as LLM APIs, streaming, and agent flows into production systems - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate highly ambiguous technical and business challenges
