Senior AI Product Manager

Role overview A Senior AI Product Manager is needed to lead end-to-end product delivery for complex generative AI and agentic AI engagements. The role combines deep AI fluency with hands-on prototyping ability, owning the full arc from problem framing through production rollout while guiding clients through non-deterministic enterprise systems.

Responsibilities - Own end-to-end product delivery for AI and agentic AI engagements from discovery and hypothesis framing through phased rollout and production readiness - Define and maintain AI product roadmaps connecting agent capabilities to measurable business outcomes - Design and run experiments including POCs, pilot deployments, and scenario-based testing of multi-step agentic workflows - Define agent behavior including system prompts, tool schemas, context management, summarization, and working memory patterns - Own and run evaluation frameworks covering task completion, reasoning quality, tool selection, failure recovery, and safety - Establish human-in-the-loop boundaries, escalation criteria, and guardrails for non-deterministic output

Requirements - 5+ years of product management experience with hands-on shipping of AI features or products - Ability to read code in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript and evaluate architecture decisions - Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt and context engineering, agentic systems, and evaluations - Proven ability to prototype AI and agentic solutions using tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot - Strong experience working with AWS AI services including Bedrock, Lambda, SageMaker, or Kendra - Strong client communication skills and the ability to frame AI capabilities and limitations for executive audiences

Nice to have - Consulting or agency environment experience - Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS Strands - Software engineering background in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
