Senior Product Manager

Role overview

Set strategy and deliver outcomes for a product area within a complex commerce platform. This role combines independent roadmap decisions with hands-on discovery and execution, using customer evidence, product data, and AI tools to shape and validate opportunities. You will align engineering, design, and business partners around priorities and carry work from concept through adoption.

Responsibilities - Define the product vision and prioritize the roadmap, making decisions about scope, sequencing, and trade-offs. - Synthesize interviews, support requests, surveys, and other customer input into themes and opportunities, using AI tools to support analysis. - Prototype and validate product concepts and workflows with AI-assisted user flows, wireframe descriptions, or low-fidelity mockups. - Lead product development from requirements and planning through testing, launch, change management, and customer adoption. - Keep stakeholders informed about delivery progress, release plans, risks, and product outcomes. - Represent customer needs, respond to incoming requests, and build alignment across engineering, design, and other teams. - Use AI to support documentation and data exploration, applying sound judgment to the resulting materials and decisions.

Requirements - At least three years of product management experience in SaaS, working with complex enterprise products; e-commerce or marketplace experience is preferred. - Experience managing AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data and insights platforms. - Familiarity with the full product lifecycle, including goal setting, measuring results, and assessing business impact. - Experience setting strategy and delivering across complex, integrated software products or platforms. - Ability to work with technical teams and keep cross-functional projects aligned with their goals. - Practical experience using AI tools to analyze qualitative research, prototype product ideas, and accelerate product documentation while maintaining quality.
