About this role

Role overview Lead product strategy and delivery for the marketing technology that supports prospective students from initial discovery through enrollment. The role owns measurable outcomes across conversion, marketing efficiency, and platform scale, while guiding a team of product managers and working closely with marketing, data, and engineering leaders. It spans a broad ecosystem of websites, content, customer data, measurement, marketing automation, and CRM connections.

Responsibilities - Set an outcome-based roadmap for the student journey, targeting improvements in inquiry, application, and enrollment conversion across partner programs. - Prioritize platform capabilities such as web and form experiences, personalization, lead capture and routing, audience segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and marketing measurement. - Use funnel data, experiments, and student insight to identify conversion opportunities; partner with optimization, search, media, and lifecycle teams to test and scale effective changes. - Redesign marketing workflows—including content production, campaign launches, site updates, and reporting—around automation and AI, with measurable goals for speed, cost, and capacity. - Lead a migration of more than 80 partner websites to a new digital experience platform, coordinating internal engineering and systems integrators from discovery through delivery. - Evaluate and adopt marketing technology, develop the product team, and establish shared platform components, governance, and data standards for a multi-brand environment.

Requirements - At least eight years of product management experience, including work in a startup, high-growth, or similarly fast-moving setting with accountability for business outcomes. - Broad, practical digital marketing expertise spanning paid media, SEO, AI-oriented search, websites and conversion, lifecycle or CRM marketing, and measurement. - Demonstrated, quantifiable improvement in conversion or funnel performance through product and platform work. - Strong working knowledge of marketing technology such as CMS/DXP, digital asset management, customer data platforms, tagging and measurement, marketing automation, and CRM. - Experience leading and developing product managers or product owners. - Strong judgment and problem-solving in ambiguous situations, with the ability to form a clear direction and take ownership of results.

Nice to have - Experience applying AI or automation to marketing operations, building multi-brand or multi-tenant platforms, or optimizing for AI-generated search and answer tools. - Leadership of complex vendor-led implementations or platform migrations; background in higher education, enrollment marketing, or lead generation. - Familiarity with agile delivery and product, ownership, or technical program management roles.
