Job details
About this role
Role overview
Own product execution for measurement and optimization capabilities that connect identity and governed data environments to privacy-conscious campaign measurement and in-flight improvement. The role turns market, client, and methodology needs into repeatable product workflows, partnering with engineering and data science to deliver standardized tools rather than one-off analytics projects.
Responsibilities - Own one or more measurement or optimization use cases, such as a methodology, dashboard, or partner integration. - Translate strategy and customer needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog. - Coordinate with engineering and data science on release planning and delivery of reusable dashboards, definitions, and playbooks. - Convert measurement methods such as incrementality, multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, and rules-based attribution into product workflows. - Define how measurement outputs inform audience, spend, targeting, or creative changes, including in-flight adjustments. - Work with identity, clean room, media partners, privacy, legal, compliance, and go-to-market teams on data requirements and product readiness. - Track usage, quality, customer feedback, and operational results to guide ongoing improvements.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in product management, solution strategy, or analytics, including ownership of a product, use case, or measurement deliverable. - Ability to turn ambiguous client or business needs into clear requirements and a prioritized backlog. - Working knowledge of marketing measurement and optimization, including lift, attribution, marketing mix modeling, conversion APIs, and closed-loop approaches. - Familiarity with identity resolution, clean rooms, and privacy-conscious measurement across media and publisher ecosystems. - Practical Agile delivery skills, including backlog management, prioritization, and release planning. - Familiarity with cloud or data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS, and strong analytical and communication skills.
