Senior Product Engineer, Mobile - Remote

Role overview Build and improve a consumer mobile product across iOS, Android, and backend services. You’ll take features from early ideas through implementation, working closely with product, design, and engineering in a small team. The work includes both core user experiences and features that support subscriptions and other monetization.

Responsibilities - Own cross-platform features from planning and API design through release. - Develop user-facing experiences and expand ways people can engage with the product. - Build in-app offers, paywalls, and pricing experiments with growth partners. - Turn loosely defined ideas into clear product and technical plans, and challenge proposals when needed. - Coordinate with teammates to resolve blockers and move work forward.

Requirements - At least five years of professional software engineering experience. - Experience shipping consumer mobile apps used by real customers. - Strong native development skills in Swift or Kotlin, plus experience delivering features on the other mobile platform. - Confidence designing APIs and implementing the backend services a feature requires. - Experience leading complex features from concept to launch. - Strong product judgment, clear written and spoken English, and a hands-on approach to shaping and building work.

Nice to have - Experience joining an early-stage team or building products from scratch. - Backend experience with Python or a JVM language. - Experience with mobile purchases, subscriptions, chat, voice, or animation. - Familiarity with A/B testing and product analytics.
