Requirements

- Minimum of three years working as a DevOps or SRE Engineer - Strong grasp of core DevOps principles: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and configuration management - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS - Practical experience with containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes - Familiarity with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI - Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK - Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go - Clear written communication and reliable asynchronous collaboration in a remote setting

Nice to have

- Familiarity with AI tools applied to infrastructure automation, paired with a disciplined validation workflow - Experience with Terraform or comparable infrastructure automation tooling - Background working on a SaaS platform or other public software product - Understanding of security best practices within a DevOps environment - Self-directed and curious mindset, taking ownership and driving growth without waiting to be pushed

Benefits and work setup

- Competitive salary - Asynchronous working environment - Remote-first culture, with hybrid options where the role allows - Ability to work from abroad for short stretches - Growth opportunities as the organization scales - Hardware provided to new joiners so they have what they need from day one
