Requirements - 3–6+ years of experience in technical or SaaS project management with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget. - Comfort working with APIs, data models, and integration workflows; able to understand how systems fit together without needing to write code. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong risk identification, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to have - Background in healthcare data, health tech, or integration environments (FHIR, HL7, CCD, etc.). - Familiarity with EHR systems or other healthcare IT platforms. - PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certification. - Experience leading projects in a startup, remote-first, or high-growth environment. - Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Jira/Atlassian, Omni, or Vitally.
Benefits and work setup - 100% remote-first culture; candidates must be based in the continental U.S. - Unlimited flexible time off plus 15+ observed holidays and guaranteed 3-day weekend recharge days each month. - Six-week paid sabbatical with stipend after tenure milestones. - 401(k) with 50% match up to 8% of contributions starting Day 1. - Medical, dental, and vision coverage from Day 1, plus HSA/FSA, life, disability, and employee assistance programs. - 16 weeks of paid parental leave. - Productivity stipend, wellness fund, company-issued laptop, stock options, and an employee referral bonus program. - Base salary range of $115,000–$135,000, with potential incentive compensation depending on role and performance.
