Product Manager, Developer Ecosystem

Role overview A Product Manager role focused on the developer ecosystem, working remotely within the United States. The position owns parts of the experience that developers, partners, and integrators have when building on top of the platform, including APIs, tooling, and documentation-adjacent surfaces. It is suited to a PM who enjoys translating technical depth into clear, usable product decisions.

Responsibilities - Define and prioritize the roadmap for developer-facing products, APIs, and tooling - Partner with engineering and developer relations to understand developer pain points and opportunities - Turn ambiguous developer needs into well-scoped product requirements and launch plans - Measure adoption, retention, and developer satisfaction, and use those signals to iterate - Collaborate with security, platform, and infrastructure teams on developer-facing policies and surfaces - Communicate roadmap, launches, and trade-offs to internal stakeholders and external developers

Requirements - Several years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to developer products, APIs, or platforms - Comfort reading and discussing technical designs, API contracts, and integration patterns - Strong written communication, including the ability to write clear specs and external product narratives - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams - Data fluency, including comfort with funnels, adoption metrics, and basic experimentation - Customer empathy for technical users who value reliability, clarity, and consistency

Nice to have - Hands-on experience as a developer or with developer tools, SDKs, or open-source projects - Background working on developer relations, partnerships, or third-party integrations - Familiarity with identity, OAuth, rate limiting, or platform governance topics
