Role overview A senior program manager position focused on leading the execution of large-scale network infrastructure projects within a global edge cloud platform. The role sits on a high-impact program management infrastructure team and acts as the connective tissue across network operations, supply chain, data center provisioning and engineering, finance, and legal, ensuring that site builds, augments, and decommissioning work lands on time and within scope.
Responsibilities - Own end-to-end build and deployment plans for complex, large-scale infrastructure initiatives, from new site builds through augmentations and decommissioning. - Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across acquisition, network operations, supply chain, data center engineering, finance, legal, and partner teams, holding stakeholders accountable for delivery. - Establish reporting frameworks that give leadership transparent visibility into deployment timelines, project risks, and overall health. - Identify critical-path bottlenecks and blockers early, escalating with data-driven mitigation plans. - Analyze workflows to standardize and automate infrastructure delivery, improving speed and reliability. - Manage vendor and partner relationships to keep procurement and hardware delivery on schedule.
Requirements - 5–7+ years driving large-scale infrastructure programs in cloud services, CDN, OTT, data center, or telecommunications environments. - Technical fluency in data center and network infrastructure architecture, including power specifications, hardware deployment, and physical-layer components. - Background in production engineering with a focus on network engineering, acquisition, or delivery. - Proficiency with project management tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet, plus data visualization for milestones and capacity tracking. - Experience with global capacity planning, supply chain logistics, and hardware deployment lifecycles. - Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into roadmaps for non-technical audiences.
Nice to have - PMP or equivalent project management certification. - Hands-on familiarity with Dell and Hyve hardware platforms. - Experience with Arista and Ciena networking hardware. - Incident management or post-mortem analysis experience tied to long-term reliability improvements.
